As you step into our gym, you'll be greeted by a vibrant and motivating atmosphere that will inspire you to push yourself toward your fitness goals. From cardio machines to strength training equipment, we have a wide range of cutting-edge gear that is meticulously maintained to ensure optimal performance.


Our gym is also home to highly qualified and experienced fitness instructors who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness aspirations. They are available to provide personalized guidance, offer expert advice, and create customized workout plans to suit your individual needs.

We understand that a well-rounded fitness routine goes beyond just exercise, which is why we also provide amenities to enhance your experience. Our gym features clean and spacious changing rooms, locker facilities, and showers for your convenience and comfort.

What We Bring

Our club is open to athletes of all ages and experience levels. Our facility is open 24 hours a day to members to allow you the flexibility to get your training in on your schedule. 


We provide individualized programming via True Coach so that you can access your training anywhere. We also provide Team Training sessions 4 days per week with a total of 12 hours of coach instruction available per week. We host USAW-sanctioned events year-round and provide opportunities to compete locally and nationally.

What We Bring

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is a coach lead small group class with a focus on learning the fundamentals and creating a firm foundational understanding of strength, power and fitness to allow you to have a better quality of life and make you a more confident and healthy human.


Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare you for the next hour of your workout. Our skilled coach will instruct you through a barbell strength exercise followed by a conditioning piece to get your heart rate up and increase your overall fitness level. At the end of the session you will be walked through a series of ELDOA exercises to improve spinal posture, decompression and overall mobility so you leave feeling better than you came in.

Olympic Weightlifting 

For Olympic Weightlifting we have partnered with Nationally ranked USAW club Bexar Barbell. We are their official location for the Houston area and our staff is both coached and mentored by the owner.


These lifts require a combination of power, speed, and technique, making them some of the most challenging exercises in the world of fitness. Led by a certified coach, participants in an Olympic weightlifting class will learn the proper form and technique for each lift through drills and progressions.
